Coronado Heights Division No. 1 consist of 19 lots, and Coronado Heights Division No. 2 consists of 29 lots for a total of 48 lots. The owners of these lots constitute the total membership of the CHA.
Coronado Lane and Columbus Ave are private non-dedicated roadways not maintained by Whatcom County. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of CHA Member lot owners using said roads for access to their respective properties, under the purview and administration of the CHA Board, to pay for the ongoing repair and maintenance(including snow removal) of said roads. None of the General funds of the CHA, are to be used for such repair and maintenance.
