It is an independent, non-profit entity, separate from the Coronado Heights Association incorporated in Washington state in 1994 (CHA) . The Board of Directors of the CHA exert no control and are not responsible for any content posted on the web-site.
The primary purpose of the web-site is to promote and provide transparency through an easy-to-use web-based portal to facilitate convenient, secure access to comprehensive information, including archives of financial and CHA actions and resolutions, along with rich media such as images. Hopefully, for the uninitiated it will also provide a broad historical context/continuity, 24/7 as more info/documents, listed chronologically become available for CHA Members.
