This web-site : : Coronado Heights Home Owner Affiliation : :  (CH HOA) —AN UNOFFICIAL RESOURCE FOR MEMBERS OF CHA, was created (and is maintained) by MetaMEDIA Communications in January 2017 as a public service. It is an independent,  non-profit entity, separate from the Coronado Heights Association incorporated in Washington state in 1994 (CHA) . The Board of Directors of the CHA exert no control and are not responsible for any content posted on the web-site.

The primary purpose of the web-site is to promote and provide transparency through an easy-to-use web-based portal to facilitate convenient, secure access to comprehensive information, including archives of financial and CHA actions and resolutions,  along with rich media such as images. Hopefully, for the uninitiated it will also provide a broad historical context/continuity, 24/7 as more info/documents, listed chronologically become available for CHA Members.

This web-site is solely underwritten by MetaMEDIA Communications, and user-supported DONATIONS (with no subsidy from the CHA), to help keep you comprehensively informed of the issues, documents and announcements of the CHA. To DONATE please Go to: Make a Donation.

Those that are protected CHA LEGAL, FINANCIALS and MEETING MINUTES docs are viewable by CHA MEMBERS ONLY and will require a password. To obtain the password to view this content send a request for password:  request_password <at> coronadoh-hoa.org

The request will be sent directly to the Secretary of the CHA for review. For security purposes, please include your full name as recorded with Whatcom County(Property Tax Statement) along with the recorded street address(optional Property ID).  Until further notice, the password is the same for all protected content and will remain unchanged until further notice except for periodic security change of password as necessary..

Then click the LINK on the respective PAGE after entering the password which will take you directly to that POST;  a PDF file which can be viewed/downloaded to your computer/device or printed.
